The Primary Section Of Mount Lang Peiying School is a full-time boarding and entrusted civilian-run school ratified by the county education authorities. Its construction is about to be completed. It will start schooling on September 1, 2014.
Its aim is to build a well-known school, cultivate qualified teachers and educate fine students. It intends to set up an example to the primary schools in Xinning and to forge with all efforts a top brand of primary education in the province,
Its schooling features are the following.
1) Advanced educational concepts.
It insists on the concept of “intelligent classroom, characteristic schooling and happy study”.
It carries out the “3+5+1” educational project.
“3” means loving the country, loving the hometown and loving the school. “5” refers to leaning to be a man, learning to learn, learning to live, learning to manage and learning to innovate. And “1”is everyone having a strong point.
2) Superior schooling conditions.
The school is equipped with first-class facilities according to the state’s standard. There are two high-standard teaching buildings containing 36 classrooms provided with projectors, computers and electronic boards. There is one students’ dormitories equipped with air conditioners, TV, living cupboards, washing cabinets and toilets. Each bedroom has a full-time nurse to attend to students’ living. And there is a library, a computer room, a music classroom, a dancing hall, a drawing classroom and laboratory. The students’ dining hall supplies three healthy nutrient meals in a day to meet the requirements of students’ growth, strictly based on the nutrition criterion for primary students.
3) Emphasis on art education.
The school strictly follows the state’s curriculum programme. In addition, some special courses are designed, such as dancing, music, drawing, calligraphy, reading, computer operation and classic zheng (Chinese stringed musical instrument), for the students to be edified by Chinese culture and art and to be developed in character.
4) Small class size.
A class consists of 45 students in delamination to be taught so as to provide each one a chance to develop and thus to advance all.
